Yes I do have a domestic side to me! This was the first time attempting to can peaches and I am proud to say I only had one jar break and 2 that didn't seal. I want to thank Mindy for inspiring me to can and giving me the courage to do it on my own. It really wasn't all that hard just a little time consuming but I difanatly would do it again. Not to mention that the peaches taste like candy! My kids love them!! They won't eat them raw but if they are canned no problem!
